SALES MANAGER-MEDICAL DEVICES
The candidates will be responsible for a sales and marketing, delivering sales objectives and developing strategies for growth. He/she must have minimum of 3 years sales management experience in multinational Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Company with a proven track record of sales, good people management, and has experience in managing a business unit.
Travel is required and may account for 30-40 % of the candidates time outstation. The candidate should be self motivated , can work independently as well as in a team, and must be result oriented.
The Requirements
-A Bachelor Degree (MBA with a min GPA of 3.0/4.0 would be an advantage) from a recognized university.
-Good communication skills in Bahasa and English.
